Ramadan services
Ramadan, Arabic Ramaḍān, in Islam, is the ninth month of the Muslim calendar and the holy month of fasting. It begins and ends with the appearance of the crescent moon. Fasting is one of the five-pillars of islam
Ramadan is a Month of Forgiveness and Mercy. It is a month where Muslims strive to seek the forgiveness of Allah and hope for their previous sins to be forgiven.
During Ramadan, Masjid Al-Fatima (SA) offers a wide variety of Programs pertaining to preparation for Ramadan and how to maximise the rewards of the blessed month.
Masjid Al- Fatima in partnerships with Majlis-e-Durood-O-Salaam, Penny Appeal Canada and Islamic Relief Canada to organize and sponsor daily Iftaar and Sahoor throughout the month of Ramadan.
Masjid Al- Fatima offers itikaaf services for the last 10 days of Ramadan. Registration for itikaaf is announced and released begin of every Ramadan.
NOTE: Limited spots are available for itikaaf and is purely on first come basis.

We offer credentialled Urdu and Arabic courses at nominal fees for our members

We offer marriage (Nikah) services. Our members can avail a discounted banquet hall and catering services on their special day

Youth Programs
Developing a youth group to provide young adults the opportunity to organize and develop their own activities will help to build friendships support them on their spiritual journey.
To attract young adults to the mosque they must be presented with opportunities to be active members and leaders.
Families with young children want to increase their attendance and engage with the local mosque. To promote attendance of young families, the mosque needs welcome and provide relevant programming for new mothers and young children.
Creating a child care service and a friendly area for kids to play while parents attend prayer or programs at the mosque would increase attendance from young families.
Free Tax Clinic
Masjid al Fatima partners with Canada Revenue Agency every year to provide free tax services to the community members. This service is available for everyone with low income regardless of there religion, race or background.
